WHAT did I do next ?
Suffice for the moment to say that at the end of January 2012, I drove my own boat onto the cut and into a new dawn. Little did I know what was ahead. Little did I care. But the twelve year roller-coaster resulted in my starting a book based on ten years of notes and snaps and duckings and divings into website and blogs.
I've had articles published in a London local paper and in national magazines relating to different aspects of my adventures on canals. 2020 lockdowns allowed me to collate my sources, read my predecessors and do six hours a day at the keyboard for 100days and store it all online. The book Muddy Brown Water and more are hidden within the published and hidden pages of this website.
