I would need a galley for cooking as part of ANY 'off-grid' tiny-living plan. I would need space to store 'things' out of the way and it was also essential that I be able to use the boat as a writer's workshop and a research lab because I do such things.

The boat should be able to keep me cool
in hot weather and warm in cold weather
and accommodate a nice double bed
