Here is a 'house' version for 1/4L
Pentargon Marinade
Ingredients ... ( 4 wet 3 dry )
80ml soy sauce (wet)
60ml Worc. sauce (wet)
125ml ricebran oil (wet)
80ml lemon juice (wet)
Dried basil 3 tbls
Dried parsley flakes 1.5tbls
1 tsp ground black pepper

Mix the wet ingredients separately.

Leave a few hours or overnight
