Here is a 'house' version for 1/4L
Pentargon Marinade
Ingredients ... ( 4 wet 3 dry )
80ml soy sauce (wet)
60ml Worc. sauce (wet)
125ml ricebran oil (wet)
80ml lemon juice (wet)
3 tbls dried basil
1.5tbls dried parsley flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
Pentargon Marinade

Mix all the dry items together.
Mix all the wet ingredients separately.
Stir the wet mix into the dry mix.
Leave an hour or overnight
