Dear Mr.Bellamy  I am concerned over not being invoiced to date for the services provided by FirstPort to Flat21 my property.  The letter provided in lieu of an account lacks detail, is addressed to a previous owner and is of no use to my needs.  I require invoicing in person re my property.  I am concerned that I have owned the flat since May 23rd 2023 and have managed to have other accounts such as council charges and electricity supply. [linked and paid] .  In view of your principal's stated intention to run their accounting 'paperless' I confirm my e-mail is [email protected].  I need a proper invoice to be sent by your accounts people containing a full and detailed breakdown of the components of the amounts demanded so I am able to understand how the total is arrived at.   Once I have this information, I will forthwith set up a monthly standing order in their favour to ensure the service charge is paid on or ahead of time.  I thank you for your attention and remain,

"Today I received an invoice for "assign Service Charges b/fwd" with an option to  (quote) "Pay online ... and it went on to advise it was "easy to use and free to register; your online account provides e-billing and ... Go to www.firstport,co,uk:"  Attempting to register I was baulked at the first fence.  I was asked to enter my account number which it advised would be found on any statement of account,  It seemed reasonable to use the account number from the invoice but this was rejected and I was unable to proceed with registration.  Perhaps you might draw it to the attention of your principals that they need to sort out their computer systems so it is possible to pay invoices seamlessly online" 

This matter was shown to Mr. Bellamy on my computer before this email was dispatched as evidence.  Mr Bellamy agreed with my assessment on seeing me go through the process in his office
