2013 was about finding out what the boat could do Off-Grid and what we could get away with travelling solo with a medical diagnosis of chronic fatigue. In 2013 Pentargon explored the capital's waterways and the Lea and Stort navigations, before embarking on a famously aborted solo winter voyage where the plan was to do an anticlockwise ring using the Grand Union, The Oxford and the Thames. That turned into a race against the clock, the weather, the calendar and the skipper's chronic fatigue ...
